1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

1) Personal information collected by EXCO, the organizer of this exhibition, will be used to manage participating companies (members) of the Future Airport Expo and verify their identity when using membership services.
2) Personal information will also be used to send invitations and provide guidance for the following year's exhibition.
3) By visiting the exhibition booth and scanning the barcode on the badge, you consent to the participating company's marketing efforts.
4) The collected data may be provided to the Korea Exhibition Industry Promotion Association (AKEI) for objective exhibition verification. Please be advised that the provided data will never be used for any other purpose.

2. Personal Information Items and Methods Collected

1) Collected Items: Name, Affiliation, Contact Information (Mobile Phone Number), Address, Email
2) Collection Method: Website Participation (Visit) Application

3. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

1) To provide better service, enhance customer convenience, and facilitate smooth operations, EXCO outsources personal information handling to an external professional company, including the exhibition registration system operator. 2) EXCO regulates compliance with personal information protection laws and regulations through the exhibition registration system operation agreement and other documents, including confidentiality of personal information, prohibition of third-party disclosure, liability in the event of an accident, consignment period, and obligations to return or destroy personal information after processing. We manage these obligations to ensure compliance.

4. Personal Information Retention and Usage Period

Personal information will be destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

5. Rights

In principle, you have the right to refuse consent to the collection of your personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act. Refusal to consent to collection may result in restricted entry to the exhibition.
